Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges on all UK orders.
Products can be returned within 90 days of delivery and must be in the original condition as they were delivered with all labels and product packaging intact, attached and returned.
FOOTWEAR - If boxed, items must be returned in their original box, returned inside a mailing bag or seperate box.
DO NOT AFFIX ANY LABELS DIRECTLY TO THE SHOEBOX, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
1. Complete the returns form included with your order. 2. Securely package your parcel up with the returns form enclosed. 3. Visit our Royal Mail returns portal by clicking here to create your free label. 4. Drop the parcel off at your local post office or arrange a free collection of your return in the next step on the Royal Mail returns portal. |
If you do not have a printer, you will be a sent a barcode by e-mail after visiting the returns portal in step 3 and completing the form. This can be taken on a smartphone or tablet to your local post/delivery office where they will be able to print the label for you free of charge.
You can also arrange a free collection of your return, where a label can be provided when the item is collected.
If you would prefer to return your order without using our free returns service, please send any returns to the address below with your returns form enclosed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any returns that are not in their original condition, missing labels or show signs of wear will be rejected and returned to you.

Once we receive your return, a refund (minus any delivery upgrades) will be issued or an exchange will be dispatched free of charge.
- For hygiene reasons and health and safety, return of underwear will not be accepted if it shows any sign of use or wear.

Any costs incurred returning an item to us not using our free returns service, will not be reimbursed.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights or apply to products that are faulty.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The cost of returns outside of the UK and Channel Islands is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty whereby we will reimburse your return delivery costs upon receipt of the item if we are unable to issue a free returns label.

We recommend the use of tracked delivery.
REFUNDS
We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt. If a refund is requested this will be issued immediately upon processing your return but may take up to 5 working days for your bank to process. For refunds to PayPal, PayPal may hold your funds for a short period before they can be withdrawn/used again.
