We aim to process and despatch all orders received before 3pm the same day, any orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All our International delivery services are tracked or require a signature on delivery.
For deliveries to Ireland, France, Germany and Sweden all taxes and duties due are calculated and charged at checkout. There is nothing further to pay.
Australia - For orders with a value of AUD1000 or less, there are no duties, taxes or charges to pay prior to delivery.
USA - For orders with a value of USD800 or less, there are no duties, taxes or charges to pay prior to delivery.
Occasionally items can get delayed being processed through customs and this may result in a slower delivery time than estimated.

CUSTOMS & DUTY
For deliveries to Ireland, France and Germany all taxes and duties due are calculated and charged at checkout. There is nothing further to pay.
For all other countries J.W Potter & Co (BUXTON) Ltd is not responsible for any customs, import tax or duty charges made by a destination country outside of the UK. Customs processing may lead to occasional delays to the delivery estimates shown. Any customs, local taxes or duty charges are payable before delivery can be made and our local delivery partner will contact you if any charges are due.
All shipments will be declared to customs at order value. For more information about any import charges that may be applied to your order, please contact the customs office for your destination country.
