We aim to process and despatch all orders received before 2pm the same day, any orders placed after this time will be sent the next day.

All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

Customs & Duty

J.W Potter & Co (BUXTON) Ltd is not responsible for any customs or duty charges made by a destination country outside of the European Union. All shipments will be declared to customs at order value. For more information about any import charges that may be applied to your order, please contact the customs office for the destination country.


We offer free returns and exchanges on all UK orders.

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, goods should be returned in the same original condition as they were delivered with all labels and product packaging that was originally on the product.

To return any part of your order, please follow the steps below.

  1. Complete the returns form section of your delivery note and tear it off.
  2. Securely package your parcel up with the returns form enclosed
  3. Visit our Royal Mail returns portal by clicking here to create your label and attach this to the outside of your parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local post office and remember to look after your proof of postage.
  5. As soon as we get your return back a full refund (minus any delivery upgrades) will be issued or an exchange will be dispatched free of charge.

International Returns

We offer free returns from most EU countries. Please contact us to receive a free returns label or for more information. The cost of returns from other International countries is the responsibility of the buyer. Please return them to: Potters of Buxton, London House, 8 Terrace Road, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 6DR, United Kingdom. We recommend the use of tracked delivery.


We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt. If a refund is requested this will be issued immediately but may take up to 5 business days to show on your account information. For refunds to PayPal, PayPal may hold your funds for a short period before they can be withdrawn/used again.

Returns Terms and Conditions

Please note that for hygiene reasons and health and safety, we are unable to accept the return of underwear if they have been worn, washed or stained or show signs of use. Any returns that are received by us that are not in their original condition will be returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights or apply to products that are faulty.
