Shipping and Postage

All transactions up to £24.99 incur a flat rate charge of £2.95 postage. All transactions £25.00+ incur a flat rate charge of £4.95.

All single shirts charged £4.95 postage will be sent Recorded 1st Class Royal Mail (Signed For) due to the value of these shirts. If you do not require this service please contact us and this can be amended for you.

All postage is automatically calculated at checkout and if you come across any errors with your postage charge at checkout please contact us and we will amend this for you and correct any errors found.

All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability of product and clearance of payment. *

Due to the high cost of express delivery, Potters of Buxton do not
offer this service as standard, however if this is essential contact
us on 01298 23113 or via our “Contact Us” page before making your
order for an accurate postage cost. Please contact us before making
your purchase for any Non Mainland UK, EU and Rest of World postage costs.

We aim to ship within the following timescales:

United Kingdom 3-5 working days*
EU 5-10 working days*

We retain a “Proof of Postage” receipt for all orders dispatched and
we can provide this to our customers in cases where the goods have not arrived.

* For In Stock items only, due to demand for certain products,
stock may have to be ordered from our suppliers and this can normally
add between 5 and 15 days for complete fulfilment of your order.
